Golf Concierge Cleaner

Our clubhouse in the beautiful landscape of Epsom, Surrey is looking for a Golf Concierge Cleaner to join our fantastic golf team. The succesful candidate will be the first point of contact for our members using our golf facilities, ensuring our members receive a warm welcome, offering well-presented locker-room facilities and a professional and efficient club and shoe cleaning service.

Main Accountabilities

• To ensure all locker rooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoos, hand creams, toilet rolls and replenished daily
• To ensure members and guests who need assistance are well taken care of and are efficiently directed to all golf facilities
• To meet and greet members and guests arriving for Golf Societies, members golf groups, and corporate days
• To clean all shoes and clubs thoroughly by member request only and safely stored away in the correct locker
• To oversee all golf lost property
• To ensure towels are transported to and from the Laundry
• To ensure outside areas in front of the 19th Hole, shoe and trolley cleaning area and Halfway Houses are clean and tidy
• To assist the Club shop & Golf Reception by carrying out driving range pick up, ball machine wash & distributing balls
• To adhere to the Club rules and regulations laid out in the staff handbook
• Be fully conversant with and apply the rules of the Clubhouse Health & Safety policy
