Purpose of the role:

Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team in our fine dining restaurant, The Great Gallery. You will maintain and supervise the smooth running of the section within the kitchen, offering a wide variety of cooking including sandwiches, afternoon tea, brasserie, events and fine dining.

Essentials:

• Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen
• Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
• Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy

Minimum experience required:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Chef de Partie in a 5* establishment (or similar)
• Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
• Level 2 food hygiene skills
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to run an effective team
