You will maintain and supervise the smooth running of the section within the kitchen, offering a wide variety of cooking including sandwiches, afternoon tea, brasserie, events and fine dining.

Our Pall Mall clubhouse is looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about cooking and being a leader. Your duties will be to maintain and supervise and to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation in all outlets to produce high quality standards of food and continually strive for perfection and high levels of member satisfaction.

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to work under the back of house manager/supervisor to deliver the daily cleaning requirements of the back of house operation to the standards set out in the Clubs health and safety policy.
