Woodcote Park, our country clubhouse in the Surrey countryside is looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to deliver exceptional service in our exclusive and fine dining restaurant Stirling's and the Hurricane and Lounge Bar Area. Offering a role with a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast paced environment this role is critical in delivering 5* service to our members at all times.
Hurricane Bar has a full bar and a light daytime menu offering snacks, sandwiches, salads and afternoon tea. Our Lounge menu offers snacks, sandwiches, salads and Afternoon Tea. Stirlings is our fine dining restaurant.

Purpose of the role:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to deliver exceptional service in our Lounge and Bar. You will be supporting the Manager/Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the Lounge, Hurricane bar and Stirlings based in our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and golf courses.
Essentials:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player
Minimum experience required:
- Awareness of Licencing laws
- Basic food hygiene level one and level 2
- Excellent communication skills
