Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Head Sommelier who will take an overall responsibility for the operational management of all beverages working across both clubhouses to ensure members receive a service befitting the foremost private members Club.

Essentials:

• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
• Numerical skills and experience of cash handling
• Good negotiator and communicator

Minimum experience required:

• WSET diploma and/or Head Sommelier qualification
• Previous experience as a Head Sommelier
• Comprehensive knowledge of world wines and beverages
• Awareness of Licencing laws
