The Walled Garden, children facitlity is home to over 3000 Woodcote junior members and their friends. We have a swimming pool, outdoor splash pad, soft play, multi-use games area, outdoor play equipment along with junior lounge. We host holiday activity camps, private parties and seasonal events.

Purpose of the role:
To welcome our members and their guests in our stunning Walled Garden, childrens facility. As a leisure assistant you are responsible for providing a warm, friendly welcome, along with taking food and drinks orders, making coffee, managing pool and activity bookings to ensure an exceptional member experience.
This role is for 5 days a week over a 7 day rota, which includes working weekends.

Minimum experience required:
- Proven and demonstrable excellent customer service experience
- Be approachable and confident
